We support students, families, and institutions in navigating international education pathways between Europe and Asia.
I work across international education pathways between Europe and Asia, supporting students, families, and institutions in making clear and well-informed decisions.
My background spans Europe, the United States, Singapore, and Southeast Asia, with over a decade of experience in global and regional roles at organisations including adidas, Fitbit, and IDP Education. I spent six years within IDP Education’s Southeast Asia regional team, working closely with institutions and students across the region.
This experience provides a practical understanding of both student expectations and institutional priorities, which I apply through Clarté Education.
Today, I work with a curated network of over 50 universities, colleges, and language schools across 13 countries, helping students identify the right academic and cultural fit, while supporting institutions in their international growth across regions.
With over 20 years of experience in international business and bilingual communication, Sao brings a unique “real-world” perspective to educational consulting. Having spent 15 years as a Trade & Investment Manager at the British Embassy in Bangkok, she has worked at the highest levels of government and commerce, facilitating multi-million dollar deals and supporting over 100 UK companies entering the Thai market. Her career hasn’t been built on test scores alone, but on the ability to communicate across cultures, think strategically, and adapt to global standards.
At Clarté Education, Sao’s mission is to look beyond the classroom. She helps Thai parents and students understand that in a world increasingly shaped by technology, a degree is only the beginning. By leveraging her background in international trade and her own success as a global entrepreneur, she guides families in developing the practical skills; critical thinking, clarity, confidence, and cross-cultural competence, that top-tier global employers actually look for. She acts as the essential bridge, ensuring that a student’s international education translates into a competitive and fulfilling global career.
